Arnold Gregory Baker 2005 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Saturday, June 11,2005. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Arnold Gregory Baker, 1961-2005, died suddenly in a tragic accident in Edmonton on June 6, 2005, doing what he loved. Greg was born in Liverpool, a son of Evelyn L. (Ruth) Veinot, Bangs Falls and the late Arnold D. Baker. Greg was a carpenter and scaffolder most of his life, working in Fort McMurray, a job he loved. Greg was a great person, there was no one like him. He loved spending time with his family and all his friends in Alberta and riding his Harley. Greg was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Union. Greg will be sadly missed and remembered by his loving wife, Linda; son, Paul (Kelly); daughter, Sarah (Danny), and his very special grandson, one year old Kaiden, who he loved very much all of Red Deer; his sisters, Darlene and Helen and his special aunt, Roxie, all of Liverpool; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, June 12, from 7-9 p.m. and funeral service will be Monday, June 13, at 2 p.m., both in Chandlers' Funeral Chapel, Liverpool, Reverend Tom Davidson officiating. Burial will be in Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Bog Road, Liverpool. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ALS Society.
