Reuben Herbert Keddy, 72, Branch LaHave, died Wednesday in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. Born in Lake Ramsay, he was a son of the late Emerson and Mary (Turner) Keddy. He is survived by his wife, the former Thelma Lohnes; three daughters, Schmarlene (Marnie) (Mrs. Eric Meisner), Branch LaHave; Constance (Connie) (Mrs. Malcolm Spidle), Barss Corner; Vicki (Mrs. Eddy Nauss), Upper Northfield; a brother, Harry, Ontario; five sisters, Vera (Mrs. Clint Keddy), Lake Ramsay; Goldie (Mrs. Wilfred Burns), nNctaux Falls; Velma Mrs. Calvin MacDearmid), Victoria Vale; Gladys (Mrs. Theodore Crocker), Trout Lake; Eva (Mrs. Carl Hiltz), Fraxville; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two half-brothers, Norman, Hibbert; three sisters, Rosalie, Leona, and Effie. The body is in R.A. Corkum's Funeral Home, Wileville, visiting 2-4,7-9 p.m. today,where funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. William Gustafson officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Branch LaHave.
