Born in Camperdown, he was a son of the late Oswald and Wilamine (Himmelman) Slauenwhite. Surviving are his sisters, Lydia Reynolds, Halifax; Corrine Conrad, Jessie Ernst, Maitland, Lunenburg County; Genevieve, Little Rock, Arkansas; brother, Verge, Bridgewater; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Aldon, Mervin, Oren, Newton; sister, Ida. There will be no visitation in the funeral home. Memorial service 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Christ Lutheran Church, Camperdown, Rev. David Whynot officiating. Private family burial at a later date. Family flowers only.
