Idella Mable Oickle 1993 Halifax Chronicle Herald Idella Mable Oickle, 88, East Dalhousie, died November 18, 1993, at home. Born in East Dalhousie, she was a daughter of the late Orbin and Devilla (Veinot) Lohnes. She was a member of St. Cyprian's Anglican Church, East Dalhousie. She is survived by five daughters, Lois (Mrs. ParkerTufts), Ida (Mrs. Donald Zinck), both of Lake Pleasant; Mary Legge, Nellie Benjamine, Eileen Oickle, all of East Dalhousie; brother, son, Albert, East Dalhousie; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William; an infant daughter, Lily; four sisters, Hannah, Annie, Delia, Lois; brother, Thomas; half-brother, Lamont. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday in Langille's Funeral Home, New Germany. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday in St. Cyprian's Anglican Church, Rev. Gordon Neish officiating. Burial will be in St. Cyprian's Cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Cyprian's Anglican Church.
