Born in Chelsea, he was a son of the late Cecil and Jenny (Wentzell) Mailman, Surviving are son, John (Sandra), Italy Cross; daughter, Donna (Ricky) Corkum, New Elm; five grandchildren; dear friend, Marjorie Mailman, Baker's Settlement; brothers, Bruce, New Elm; Donald (Sylvia), Marshall (Norma), both of Chelsea; sister, Marjorie Robar, Chelsea. He was predeceased by his wife, Erma; brothers, Doran and Russell; sister, Thelma Oickle and several sisters in infancy. Visitation 2-, 7-9 p.m. today in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater. Funeral 2 p.m. Friday in New Elm Church, Rev. Marilyn Rose officiating. Burial to follow in Lake View Cemetery, Pleasant River. Family flowers only. Donations to a charity of choice.
