Stella Rose Walton 2003 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Saturday, November 15, 2003. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Stella Rose Walton, 87, Foyer Acadien, Church Point, died November 13, 2003, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Bridgewater, she was the adopted daughter ofthe late Fred and Elizabeth LeBlanc, (St. Bernard). She was a survivor of the Halifax Explosion and a member of the Roman Catholic Church. Surviving are daughter, Carol Ann; sons, Everett, Ronnie, Michael; grandchildren, Laurie Ann, Evelyn; great-grandchildren, Steven, Andrew, Gabriel; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Everett. A private family graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 19, in St. Mary's Cemetery, Church Point, Rev. Yvon Dionne officiating. Donations to Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home.
