Born in Branch LaHave, she was a daughter of the late Urban and Cecilia (Smith) Joudrey. She was a homemaker. Surviving are sons, Laurene, Halifax; Robert (Ferne), Timberlea; sister, Mae Marriott, Shad Bay; grandchildren, Robert and Shelley; great-grandchildren, Raymond, Ryan; several nieces, nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Rex LeRoy; brothers, Roy and George; sisters, Marjorie, Annie, Abiah. The body has been cremated under the direction of J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, Halifax, where service will be held in the chapel at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the VG Site, QEII, Palliative Care Unit, Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
