Harriet Lillian Dauphinee 2003 The Daily News Published: March 11, 2003. >From the collection of Charlene Veinotte Harriet Lillian Dauphinee, 89, formerly of Glen Haven, entered into eternal rest February 19, 2003, in Maplestone Enchanced Care, Halifax. Harriet was born in Western Shore on October 4, 1913. She was a daughter of the late Willis and Abigail (Ernst) Vaughan. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her daughter, Muriel McNairn, Halifax; granddaughters, Lynn McNairn (Dave Morash), Meagher's Grant; Nancy McNairn, Toronto; great-grandchildren, Tara Keel and Jason Stoeber, Dartmouth. She was predeceased by her husband, Allan; sisters, Maude Corbin, Jean Bellefontaine, Ellen and Lucy Vaughan, Clara Richardson; brothers, Colin, Robie, George, Frank, Laurence, John, Gilbert, and Clyde. The family will receive visitors today, March 11, from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. in J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Road, Halifax. Funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, in Western Shore Baptist Church, Rev. Leo Gallant officiating. Family flowers only.
