Dan Kenneth MacPhail 2000 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Saturday, July 15, 2000. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Dan Kenneth MacPhail reached the end of a wonderful life of 76 years suddenly on July 13, 200, at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater. He leaves behind his friend and partner of 30 years, Polly Greene; daughters, Beverly (Jim Snair), Susan (Andy Murray); son, Kenny and his former wife Norma. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Sarah MacPhail; sister, Argina (Mrs. George MacDonald); brother, Charlie MacPhail; infant daughter, Ruth Grace. A celebration of his life will be held on his beach on Caribou Lake in Upper Cornwall on Tuesday, July 18 at 11 a.m. Casual dress please. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to any charity.
