Gerald C. Emino 2002 Halifax Chronicle Herald Gerald C. Emino, 86, Upton, Massachusetts, formerly of Simpson's Corner, died January 26, 2002. Born in Simpson's Corner, he was a son of the late George and Alma (Crouse) Emino. He moved to the United States as a child and was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Second World War. He worked as a machine operator for 35 years. He leaves his wife, Dorothy (Taft) Emino, to whom he was married for over 61 years; son, Everett Emino, Gainsville, Florida and Simpson's Corner; daughters, Elinor Townsend and Janine Tully; sister, Gean Hamilton, all of Massachusetts; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. He was also the brother of Evelyn Martineau, who died in 1990. Funeral service was held January 29, in Upton, with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, North Grafton, Massachusetts.
