Rhoda Elizabeth Wilkie 2007 Halifax Chronicle Herald Published: Wednesday, February 14, 2007. >From the collection of Charlene Veinotte Rhoda Elizabeth Wilkie, 87, Bridgewater, formerly of Middle LaHave, passed away February 13, 2007, in Hillside Pines Home For Special Care, Bridgewater. Born in Middle LaHave, she was the daughter of the late Jason and Clara (Cook) Wilkie. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by several cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Oran. Visitation will be held Thursday from 10 until funeral service time at 11 a.m. in Sweeny's Funeral Chapel, Bridgewater, Rev. Ivan Norton officiating. Cremation will follow the funeral service. Burial will be in Middle LaHave Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Middle LaHave Cemetery Fund or a charity of your choice.
