Ronald Samuel Muise 2004 Halifax Chronicle Herald Publication date: Tuesday, September 14, 2004. >From the collection of Gwen Christie Ronald Samuel Muise, 81, Hibernia Street, Yarmouth, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2004, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born April 29, 1923, in Yarmouth, he was a son of the late Thomas and Frances (Deveau) Muise. He was a veteran of the Second World War and he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 61, Yarmouth. Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Marjorie Muise; sons, Ronald (Alice) and George (Shirley), both of Ontario; daughters, Betty Baker, Yarmouth; Bernice Goulet, Florida; four brothers; six sisters; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by seven brothers and sisters. Visitation will be from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today with a Legion service at 7 p.m., followed by prayers at 8 p.m., all in H. M. Huskilson's Funeral Home, Yarmouth. The funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, in Saint Ambrose Cathedral, Yarmouth, Father Leo Maillet officiating. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Yarmouth. It has been requested that there be family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to Yarmouth Hospital Foundation.
