Robert Charles Corkum 2007 Halifax Chronicle Herald >From the collection of Charlene Veinotte Robert Charles Corkum, Halifax, formerly of Bridgewater, passed away October 25, 2007, in QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in Bridgewater, he was a son of Berlie (Demone) Corkum and the late Robert Bruce Corkum. He is survived by his companion, Joanne, Halifax; daughter, Lisa, Bridgewater; granddaughter, Kirsten; brothers, Randy, Crousetown; Richard (Karen), Bridgewater; nieces, Nancy, Jozy; and nephew, Jamie. He was predeceased by sister, Christine Hirtle. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family service at a later date. There will be no visitation or flowers. Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or Kidney Foundation of Canada, Nova Scotia Branch through Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater.
