Mrs. Isaac Feindel 1949 Bridgewater Bulletin Handwritten date: August, 1949. Following a lengthy illness, the death of Mrs. Florence Feindel, widow of Isaac Feindel, of this town, occurred at the Wamboldt Convalescent Home, on Saturday morning. Mrs. Feindel, who was 59 years of age, was born at New Germany, a daughter of Ada and William Tretheway. She came to Bridgewater to reside about thirty years ago. For the past five years she had made her home at Lunenburg. Her husband predeceased her about thirteen years ago. Surviving are two sons, Glendon and Donald, of Bridgewater; also two sisters, Mrs. Cora Foshay of New Germany and Mrs. Charles Joudrey, of Middleton; and two brothers, John and Maurice Tretheway, of New Germany. There are four grandchildren. The funeral was held from Sweeny's Funeral Home on Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. The service was conducted by Rev. George Beck, pastor of the United Church, Petite Riviere. Interment took place in Brookside Cemetery. Pall bearers were G.L.Weare, Stanley Forbes, Dawson Cantelope, and Elsworth Hebb.
