UNKNOWN PAPER - JOHN CLAYTON DOBSON 1979. Bayhead - John Clayton DOBSON, 63, died on Sunday, July 15, in William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. He was born Nov. 3, 1915, at Bayhead, and was a son of the late Thomas and Sabrina (ROBERTS) DOBSON. Surviving are his wife Christina; a son Jack, Atlanta, Georgia; four grandchildren; three sisters Mrs. Gladys (OWEN) KLINE, Pomona, California; Mrs. Mary (LESLIE) LANGILLE, Tatamagouche; Mrs. Estelle (LOGAN) COULTER, Bayhead; and a brother Gerald, St. Clair Shores, Michigan. He was predeceased by his first wife Gretel and an infant brother. Mr. DOBSON went to Michigan in 1936 and was formerly employed as a bumper by Floyd Rice Ford Body Shop, Detroit. Scripture services were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday from the Speller and Spetler Funeral Home, Royal Oak, with burial in Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak, Rev. Thomas W. KIRKMAN of the First Presbyterian Church, Royal Oak, officiated. Pall bearers were Robert DOBSON, a nephew, George HOLMES, a cousin, Richard J. HEIDRICH, Richard H. HEIDRICH, Patrick HEIDRICH and Michael MELEGA.
