Born in Bridgewater, she was a daughter of the late Harris and Jane (Wiggins) Crouse. She had been employed at Steadmans, Middleton for 10 years. She was a member of the Baptist Friendly Club for over 50 years and a member of Myrtle Rebekah Lodge, No. 46. Surviving are her husband, Robert; daughter, Patricia (Bruce) MacKay, Fredericton; sons, Robert W. (Alison), Ward Road; James G. (Sue), Caroline, Alberta; sister, Florence (Willard) Haughn, Conquerall Bank; brothers, Harry (Betty), Jordan, Ontario; Leigh (Audrey), Conquerall Bank; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers, Ernest, Fred, Donald, Hubert, Eldred, and Enos; sisters, Elsie and Jean; granddaughter, Mary Anne. Visiting2-4, 7-9 p.m. and Myrtle Rebekah Lodge service 7 p.m. Saturday, both in Warren T. Roop Funeral Home, Middleton. Funeral service 2 p.m. Sunday in Nictaux Baptist Church, Nictaux; Rev. Bill McLeod officiating. Burial in Nictaux Cemetery. Donations to Multiple Sclerosis Society, Atlantic Division and Canadian Diabetes Association.
