Hantford was born 20 April 1868 at Centreville, Digby County, and died at Westport, Digby County in Nov. 1942. He married Rosie Lee Titus on 16 Jan 1889, daughter of Edward and Maria (Sollows) Titus,of Westport. Rosie Lee born 27 Oct 1868, died at Westport on 18 May 1945.
