JOHN died on Saturday, December 24, 1949 Submitter: CLR Obituary contained surnames AMERO, COMEAU, COSMAN, CUMMINGS, DELON, ELLIS, ENTREMONT, HEIGHT, JOHN, MELANSON, THERIAULT, WALKER DIGBY, Dec.19--After a lengthy illness the death of Goerge W. (DELON) JOHN of Weymouth North occurred December 19 at the home of his niece, Mrs. Randy ELLIS, Digby. Known to many as George DELON the deceased was born at Bloomfield, Digby County, 62 years ago and was the son of the late John and Jane (COMEAU) JOHN. Surviving are his widow, the former Lydia THERIAULT three sons. Edward and Frederick of Weymouth North; Patrick of Forest Gen, Yarmouth County; and two daughters Marguerite (Mrs. Harry HEIGHT. Hillgrove, N.S.) and Dorothy (Mrs. Harry WALKER. Weymouth). Also surviving are four sisters. Mrs.W. M. COSMAN, Brighton. Mrs. A.B. CUMMINGS, Digby. Mrs. William AMERO, Hamdon, Conn. and Mrs. Maynard MELANSON, Plympton Station and one brother. Henry, of Bloomfield. Funeral services were held from St. Croix Church, Plymptom with Rev.
