SHE is listed b. 21-Oct-1871, Havelock, Kings Co, NB, d. 10-Feb-1951, and buried in Havelock! Could this be the same couple? Seems odd they'd be buried in separate provinves! 1881 Census for Digby, Digby Co, NS: John DALY M Male English 48 Nova Scotia Fisherman Baptist Eliza DALY M Female English 45 Nova Scotia Baptist Constantia DALY Female English 19 Nova Scotia Baptist Synthia I DALY Female English 17 Nova Scotia Baptist Herbert DALY Male English 16 Nova Scotia Fisherman Baptist Minetta DALY Female English 14 Nova Scotia Baptist Henrietta DALY Female English 12 Nova Scotia Baptist Olinda DALY Female English 10 Nova Scotia Baptist Howard DALY Male English 6 Nova Scotia Baptist Hmm... looks like one of my Daly groups! Send me an e-mail directly to jedh@jedh.com as I believe I have more detailed information on his family in my files. Minetta seems awfully familiar to me... just not within access of them as I'm posting this. Jared Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. 3. Could possibly be them...not sure...he doesn't show up in the nova scotia genealogy site anywhere... the age is about right. maybe I'll check the NB archive site for the marriage--would make sense as, they'd be married in the bride's home place..... they could be divorced--it wouldn't be the first time in that family--as daughter Orlinda was divorced from her husband.... I'm trying to figure out if he ever left Canada for California... Minetta (i.e. Nettie Daley) would have been a sister to herbert... g. > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.canada.novascotia.digby/2625.1/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > Herbert DALEY: > > LDS IGI > b. @1867, from Culloden, Digby Co, NS, m. 11-Nov-1903 (no location listed) to Helen Edith Alward. > SHE is listed b. 21-Oct-1871, Havelock, Kings Co, NB, d. 10-Feb-1951, and buried in Havelock! > > Could this be the same couple?
