    3. I'm having a little trouble deciphering the 1861 Digby Co. census I have borrowed on microfilm. I'm lookiing for a George Dewise or Dewises family in St. Mary's Bay, but cannot find town names. Everything seems to be organized by Polling District numbers. Can anyone tell me if one of these corresponds to, or would include, St. Mary's Bay? Thanks. Larry Smith

Head of St. Mary's Bay is listed as Subdivision 2 On St. Mary's Bay is shown as Subdivision 7 for both the 1851 & 1861 census In 1871 Head of St. Mary's Bay is 7 and St. Mary's Bay is 8 Lynda
