Newspaper publicity is needed -- ask your hometown editor to post a column -- and my e-mail address may be given [email protected] Bill S-12 by Senator Lorna Milne is in third Reading stage, some debate and then hopefully a positive VOTE. Following Parliamentary procedure the Bill S-12 would then go to House of Commons for approval. At present, BOTH House of Commons and Senate petitions are needed. When the Bill passes in the Senate, very possibly we will only need House of Commons petitions after that -- I promise to let all know.
