    1. [CAN-NS-DIGBY] Updated Website
    2. Jared Handspicker
    3. Good Day List! Well, this is not the Handspiker/Hanselpacker website, but my "full" genealogy website. That said, its focus is quite different. It's meant to document all my children's direct ancestors and their siblings (and SOME off-shoot families). Therefore, it does not do justice to Digby County, near as much as the site I'm still updating. My reason for posting here is for opinions. I have used two different programs to provide the latest updates to my website. On the one hand is the Handspiker/Hanselpacker Genealogy, done with RootsView, and without pictures. The one I most recently "completed" is my ancestry, using TMG for base software and SecondSite to compile the HTML. This allows me to incorporate all the pictures I have of family (well, at least the non-living ones). Please let me know which format appeals to you the most. I would DEARLY like to include what pictures I DO have of all the connected Digby families, but can't seem to get the function working within RootsView. It's MUCH simpler with SecondSite. THEREFORE, based on your opinions, I'll include whatever enhancements are most appreciated by those who would most USE the site, of which the majority are subscribers to this list! :-) Many Thanks for your time and opinions. Please address them, if you remember, directly to me at jedh@jedh.com so as not to flood this list. Here are the two sites: The NEWEST one - my ancestral lines: http://www.jedh.com/src/genealogy/Full07a-p/index.htm The most recent update to the Handspiker/Hanselpacker site: http://www.jedh.com/src/genealogy/hpkr2/INDEX.HTM (For those interested, the "intro" page to my ancestral files is found here: http://www.jedh.com/genealogy/hpiker.htm) Cheers, Jed ------------------------ Jared "Jed" Handspicker jedh@jedh.com

William Henry Tebo was my g-grandfather, and his obituary in 1935 listed John, George & Clara as surviving siblings. I read Derek Thurber's post to you about Welthy's 1st husband (and of course, my g-g-grandfather), Joseph Nicholas Thibault, being hung for murder - what an eye-opener!
