Hi Digby List; I looked again at my records and found that Hantford's wife Rosalie was probably Rosa Lee Titus, daughter of Edward Titus and Ann Maria Sollows, born 27 Oct 1868. I don't know who the parents of Edward and Ann Maria were though. Regards, Theresa in Comox

Hi Herm, I have so very few of them. I did get my dates from a man named Jim Hall (email: [email protected]). I think he is in Nova Scotia. He has a web site at: http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=jhhall&recno=1300 Hope that works okay. I have found so much information from world connect through rootsweb. I then take the information & try to match it to the census, birth, death, etc records. It give me leads to follow. Most of my family is still in Nova Scotia & Newfoundland. I was the first american born. But I do have my duel with Canada. I am planning on going home to Newfoundland next year. I plan to go island hopping in search for the information not on line yet. Maybe help with getting it online. From what I hear I will have plenty of time in the winter to get these things done. My SWIFT as stated before, I have so little on. I got the information from the site Jim Hall has. I found the Swift while looking for my GGrandmother Stanton. The Stanton's listed was 179 of them & got everyone listed, but there was nothing for the Swift that would take me back any further. I am planning to go to my local FHL. It is right by my daughter's High School. I will add this surname to my list to find. If I find anything, I'll let ya know. Not sure where you are, but it now is so cold here in Las Vegas. I feel like a fish out of water here in the desert. If there is anything else I could look up for ya at the FHL, Please let me know. Digby Courier Friday 2 Nov. 1903 Freeport News Henry Stenderson and Mrs. Lizzie Moran were quietly married at the parsonage on Sun. evening Oct. 25 th.
I checked my surname index and Stenderson does not appear. in 1877-1895 and also checked what I had typed in for 1896 and the start of 1897. as well as 1920-1929. I also checked the cemetery records for Freeport and they don't appear there as well.
