Good Day, I would like to introduce myself as the new administrator for the CAN-NS-CAPEBRETON mail list and to thank David Cann for passing it on to me. I am Frederick Dittmar currently living in Norman, Oklahoma. I have been a list administrator since before Jan 2001 when I acquired the MAPLYMOU mail list for the Town of Plymouth, Mass., my hometown. Since then I have been given a total of 89 lists. I'm interested in the Canadian Maritime mail lists in that my Great Grand Parents came from England/Ireland through NF / NS / into Massachusetts in circa 1872. I have the following surnames which I will post again later and in more detail: CANNING - CARTER - COMMEAU - HEFFERMAN - MARSHALL. I've been through the archives and you look like a wonderful group. Please keep posting and helping each other. Thank you Frederick M.
