Hi Barb: I'm Also interested in the GIBBS/KENNEDY connection as Abraham GIBBS is my fourth great grandfather. My grandmother was a LeVatte from Louisbourg. Are you the same Barb Campbell with the bluenoser email. I have some information on the KENNEDY's from Louisbourg, there appears to be two actual sections to Louisbourg (reference "Into the Fog by Sawler). If you are bluenoser contact me direct, you have my email. She was born about 1822 in Little Lorraine & married John Gibbs in 1840. They are my GG grandparents. I'm trying to find Eliza Kennedy's parents. I have information on some of the first Kennedys of Louisbourg & Lorraine. I'm trying to find the link to Eliza. Also, if you have any further info on Abraham & Christian Gibbs, I'm very interested in them as well (my 4G grandparents!). Thanks for your help & interest!
