This site has a delayed registration of birth, and baptismal certificate of Margaret O'Handley, daughter of Joseph O'Handley and Elizabeth Livingstone. According to her affidavit filed in 1963, Margaret's father was born in Belfast, Ireland. Unfortunately no other records there seem to connect to this family. I have also a marriage registration for Lauchie O'Handley and Florence Lewis, in Coniston, Ontario, on which Lauchie names his parents as Joseph O'Handley and Lizzie Livingstone. He states, he was born in Nova Scotia and was 25 years of age. This would give him a birth year of about 1897. Much to think about, Jack
