Chronicle Herald May 25, 2007 MacLELLAN, Marcella Gerarda "Cella" - 78, Antigonish, wife of Cyrus Joseph MacLellan, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Dunmore, she was a daughter of the late Dan J. and Margaret (Boyd) MacIsaac. She graduated from Mount St. Bernard College (Secretarial). She was active in Campaign Life Coalition, St. Ninian's CWL, St. Ninian's Cathedral Parish, and the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem. Cella was mother to all who came through her door. She enjoyed sailing with her husband, walking The Landing and fishing. Family rosary was an important part of daily life. Surviving are her husband, Joe; daughters, Janis MacLellan Peters (Alphonse), Antigonish; Anne MacLellan, Antigonish; Marie Buchanan (Clay), Alberta; Joan MacLellan, Antigonish; and Nancy Buckley (Tom), Saint John, N.B.; sons, Edwin (Stephanie), Sydney; Leon (Pauline), Antigonish; Cyrus, Boston; Kevin (Cheryl), Alberta; sisters, Theresa MacIsaac, Halifax; Regena Jones, Halifax; brother, Ron MacIsaac (June), Dunmore; grandchildren, Alex, Andrew, Beth Anne, Sara, Michael, Morgan, Nicholas, Marcus, Mariann, Stephen, Laura, Raylene, Cyrus, Paul, Siobhan, Tammy Lynn, Jacinta, Mary, Michael, Samantha, Nathaniel, Molly, Leah, Jacob, Tamara, Keigan, Natasha, Austin, and Courtney. She was predeceased by son, Michael Boyd MacLellan; sister, Anne Brown; granddaughter, Catriona; and family member, Michael MacPherson. Visitation will be in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Ninian's Cathedral with Rev. Andrew Gillies presiding.
