Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late Michael I. and Violet (Laidlaw) Webb. Michael was co-owner of Mother Webb's Steak House in Lower South River. He is survived by daughter, Tara MacIsaac, Antigonish; son, Bernard James, British Columbia; sister, Barbara Lembo, Florida; brother, Gerry, Antigonish; sister-in-law, Isabel, Antigonish; nephews, Shaw, Scott and Michael Webb, Florida; Todd Webb, Antigonish; Blair Cormier, Indiana; great-niece, Brooklyn Webb, and great-nephew, Dallas Webb, Florida.
