Eileen is a great help for early and recent info. I was fortunate to see where the first Charpentier, Charles, settled on PEI. It was at St.Peters Bay on PEI. He landed there in either 1719 or 1720 depending on which census you look at. If you need any help with sources for early Charpentiers please let me know. I have a fairly good record of their travels during the expulsions and after they came back to Canada. Again, Eileen also helped me out alot.
