Halifax Herald April 30, 2004 TOOGOOD, Elizabeth "Bea" - 89, Pinevale, Antigonish Co., died April 29, 2004, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Scotland, she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Annie (Reekie) Wright. She was a member of St. James United Church, Antigonish. Bea was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by sons, Douglas (Mildred), David (Carole), Robert, all of Pinevale; daughters, Annie (Harley) Grimmer, St. Margaret's Bay; Elizabeth (Ken) Uloth, Hammonds Plains; Mae Newell, Spryfield; Margaret (Wayne) Planetta, Hammonds Plains; Dorothy (Joe) van Bommel, Moncton, N.B.; Mary (Ron) Taylor, Kentville; Sheilah (Lloyd) Jones, Riverview, N.B.; 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Harold; brothers, David, Hugh, Jim and Andrew; sisters, Cath Stewart and Edith Brander. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish, where funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, May 1, Rev. Jim Forbes officiating. Burial in St. James/St. Paul Cemetery.
