James Cameron was born in Glengarry, Scotland and His wife was from Strathglass. Could Christy Cameron be Margaret Cameron's sister?????? My mother said that her mother's family came from around Roman Valley- wherever that is. James Cameron is mentioned a few times in "Drummer on Foot" as being from Caledonia Mills, but not much more info is given on him. I have no dates except Margaret Cameron's death - 1879.
