Halifax Herald November 10, 2004 MURRAY, Milton Earl - 63, Gaspereaux Lake, Antigonish Co., passed away peacefully at home November 9, 2004, after a lengthy illness. Born in Boston, Mass., he was a son of Rena (Williams) Murray and the late Sherman Murray. Milton moved with his family to his wife's home in Antigonish in 1972, where he was employed with Ben's Limited until the time of his illness. He will be fondly remembered for his kind heart and his keen sense of humour. He will be missed by his bedside companion, Sparkle. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Betty (Stewart); daughters, Cheryl (David) MacDonald, Doctor's Brook; Beth (Ron) Blommers, Hawaii; sons, Jim (Maura Lee), Antigonish; Shane (Jackie), Halifax; 13 grandchildren; brother, Sherman, California; many in-laws, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his infant son, Stewart, and brother, David. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in MacIsaac Funeral Home, Pleasant Street, Antigonish. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Church, St. Joseph's, Antigonish Co. Burial in the parish cemetery.
