Halifax Herald May 18, 2004 DELOREY, J. Michael - 33, Chilliwack, B.C., and formerly of Tracadie, died suddenly Saturday, May 15, 2004, as a result of a motor vehicle pedestrian accident. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of Theresa (Gillis) Delorey, South River, and the late Francis Delorey. He was employed in the construction industry in British Columbia. He enjoyed nature, country music, and his pet. He had a big heart, which was obvious to anyone who knew him. Besides his mother, he is survived by sisters, Genevieve (Henry) Sawicki, Lawrencetown; Rose (Ali) Zarabi, Montreal; Mary Margaret (Greg) Farrow, Bedford; Elizabeth, Yarmouth; Karen (A.J.) Lee, England; Heather, Halifax; brothers, Bernie, Kenny, Tracadie; Carl, Monastery; Frank, Cole Harbour; David, Chilliwack, B.C. He was predeceased by his father, Francis; sisters, Mary and Marie; paternal grandparents, John and Mary Alice Delorey; maternal grandparents, Archie and Mary Gillis. The remains are resting in St. Peter's Place, Tracadie, with visitation 2-4, 7-10 p.m. Thursday. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Friday in St. Peter's Church, Tracadie, Rev.
