Chronicle Herald April 13, 2007 LANDRY, Lucy Anne - 87, Halifax, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2007, in Parkstone Enhanced Care, Halifax. Born in Mattie Settlement, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Jane (DeWolfe) Mattie. She was a faithful member of the Roman Catholic Church all of her life. Surviving are her son, Leonard (Pat), Dartmouth; daughter, Yvonne, Halifax; grandchildren, Dean (Brenda), Tanya; great-granddaughters, Kayleigh and Kamryn; brothers, Clifford, Afton; Clarence and Michael, Ontario; Harold, Halifax; sister, Rose Boyle, Antigonish. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Fred; three infant sisters; sister, Mae; brothers, Leonard, Eugene, and Arthur. Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Thursday, April 12, in Atlantic Funeral Home, 6552 Bayers Rd., Halifax. Lucy Anne was then transferred to C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish, where visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, April 14, in Ste. Croix Roman Catholic Church, Pomquet, Father Peter Baccardax officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery at a later date.
