    3. Good morning all, I think I finally found my husband's great grandparents living in Tracadie. As you can see below, the head of household name was transcribed as "Peter". In looking at the photo of the original the name looks like "artur" which would be correct(Arthur). However, I don't want to be the victim of wishful thinking, so my question is this: Does anyone know of a family as described below with the head of household being named Peter? Thanks for any and all comments. 3. Hail Mary ! I have no Peter PETITPAS but I do have a Arthur Nicholas PETITPAS married to a Mary Victoria BENOIT. I only have two children for the couple: > Arthur Wilfred b. Tracadie 15 Nov 1897; and > Charlotte Ellen b. Tracadie 28 Feb 1899 The first ones must have been born in the "States" ? Arthur Nicholas's parents were Michel PETITPAS and Marguerite DESLAURIERS. There are no parents for Mary Victoria BENOIT. Arthur Nicholas was "born c1865; d. 1905" Regards, Lloyd ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mary" <mtachaplain@verizon.net> To: <CAN-NS-ANTIGONISH-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, April 30, 2007 9:07 AM Subject: [Antigonish] 1901 census Petipas > Good morning all, > I think I finally found my husband's great grandparents living in > Tracadie.
