Halifax Herald June 1, 2004 BOWLES, Teresa Mary - 80, Lower Springfield, Antigonish Co., died on May 30, 2004, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lower Springfield, she was a daughter of the late Dan and Nina Isabelle (Kennedy) MacPherson. Teresa was a devoted member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, acting as Eucharistic Minister, coordinator for the rosary in the church and chairperson of the standing committee for spiritual development. She was an active member of St. Andrew's Catholic Women's League for 51 years. She enjoyed Scottish music, playing crib and was very fond of nature and gardening. She especially looked forward to preparing for the hummingbirds in spring. She is survived by her husband, Ambrose; daughters, Madonna (Don) Hall, Calgary, Alta.; Sandra (Jim) Graham, Coutts, Alta.; Debbie (Bill) MacLellan, Moncton, N.B.; Darlene MacIntyre, Calgary, Alta.; Angela (Glen) Rooney, Cole Harbour; sons, Donald (Erma), Springfield; Carmen (Angela), Lower South River; Gerard (Kim), Springfield; foster children, Henry, Marie and Bernie Odo; sister, Sadie Rogers, Antigonish; 10 grandchildren; many devoted nieces and nephews. Visitation will be in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish, today from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in St. Andrew's Church, St. Andrews, Rev.
