He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Theresa MacKenzie; two daughters, Nancy, Antigonish; Ann (Mrs. James DeCoste),Toronto; two sons, Carl, Victor, both of Toronto; two sisters, Agnes Kinney,Linwood; Alice Bulanda, Hamilton, Ont.; 11 grandchildren; a great-grandchild. He was predeceased by a son, Paul; three sisters, Mayme, Elizabeth, Catherine;four brothers, Martin, Norman, Hubie, Wilfred. The body is in St. Peter's Church, Tracadie, visiting 2-5, 7-10 p.m. today, where funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Rev. Kyte Gillis officiating. Spring burial will be in parish cemetery. He was a carpenter, renovating many of the alter sanctuaries in parish churches in the Diocese of Antigonish. He also worked with the maintenance staff in St. Francis Xavier University and Bethany Motherhouse, Antigonish. He was an avid sports fisherman. He was a member of Carpenters and Joiners Union and St. Ninian's Roman Catholic Church.
