Chronicle Herald March 16, 2007 BREEN, Martha Ann - 87, Victoria Street, Antigonish, passed away March 13, 2007, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Havre Boucher, Antigonish Co., she was a daughter of the late Urban and Alice (Levangie) DeCoste. Martha, along with her husband, Howard, owned and operated the Gail Restaurant, and the Fabric Tree. After retiring from business, she worked as receptionist at the R.K. MacDonald Guest Home. Martha was an excellent seamstress and sewed for many people. She was a member of St. Ninian's parish and CWL. Surviving are son, Urban (Clare), Sylvan Valley; daughter, Nancy (Joe), Antigonish; grandchildren, Erin, Ryley, Meghan, Daniel, Hilary; brother, Damian (Theresa), Cape Jack, and sister, Josephine O'Neil, Havre Boucher. She was predeceased by her husband, Howard; brothers, Cyril DeCoste, Louis Durant; sisters, Frances and Sister Helen S.C. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in MacIsaac Funeral Home, Antigonish. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday in St. Ninian's Cathedral, Antigonish, Rev. Andrew Gillies presiding. Burial in St. Paul's Cemetery, Havre Boucher, at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. www.MacIsaacs.ca
