There's a used bookstore in Halifax called John W Doull (1684 Barrington St, Halifax NS B3J 2A2; 902/429-1652; http://doullbooks.com/). They know their market (ie no bargains to be had) but they do get such books through from time to time. - I haven't bought from them over the 'Net - I have no connection with them other than as a customer There are a couple of used book stores in Antigonish, too, but as far as I know, they don't do business over the 'Net; maybe one of our Antigonish-based listers could post contact information for them? Some of our listers must have copies of Whidden - if there's something specific you want, you might post a request for a lookup. You might check with the InterLibrary Loan (ILL) librarian at your local public library, too. They may be able to get it for you, or if you know a specific citation you want, can order copies of a specific page or two.
