I was pleased to see your report and website, as my wife's family are from Heatherton (McINTYRE, Blackavon). She's a first cousin three or four times removed to Bishop John CAMERON. 3. I want to thank Terry again for providing the database for me. My grandfather and his siblings were in there-and it corrected some misinformation I had. His parents were William and Mary (Minnie). My grandmother's parents were Sarah and Joseph. And he had some siblings I didn't know about! Thanks again for the invaluable information!! 1. "The MacLeans of Duart in Scotland" Question

    3. Hi... The database Terry so generously provided makes many references to "The MacLeans of Duart in Scotland". Is this a book? A document of some type? I am very interested because my grandmother on my father's side is a MacLean and I've traced her family all the way back to the Duart Castle in Mull. I'm very curious as to why my maternal grandfather is listed in this document...are the Chisholms related to the MacLeans? Thanks in advance for any info you can provide! Sue
