Chronicle Herald June 17, 2007 MacKENZIE, Mary Florence - Orangeville, Ont., formerly of Antigonish, passed away peacefully at home after a long and courageous battle with cancer, on Friday, June 15, 2007, at the youthful age of 69. She is survived by her husband, Ralph, High River, Alta.; her children, Elaine and her husband Gary Noseworthy, St. John's, N.L.; Cathy and her husband Charlie Balzan, Orangeville, Ont.; Jessie and her husband Rod DeBoer, Port Coquitlam, B.C.; Jamie and his wife Allison, Edmonton, Alta.; six grandchildren; one great-grandson; her siblings, Joe, Bernie, Gerald, Earl, Mike, Charlie, Robert, Margaret and Lorraine, and her many relatives and friends across Canada. Mary was the beloved daughter of the late Oswald and Catherine (Walsh) DeCoffe (Antigonish). She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all. The family will receive their friends in Egan Funeral Home, Baxter & Giles Chapel, 273 Broadway, Orangeville, Ont. (519-941-2630), on Tuesday, June 19 from 6 p.m. until a celebration of Mary's life service in the chapel at 8 p.m. Following cremation, interment will take place in Caledon East Public Cemetery.
