In looking at an obit posted to the list this morning, I got to wondering where a place mentioned in it is. In doing a web search, I came across this page from the Pictou-Antigonish Regional Library: http://www.parl.ns.ca/placenames/ It lists a lot of placenames for Antigonish and Pictou counties, including historic and fairly obscure ones.
