Halifax Herald July 16, 2004 CONNORS, Nettie - 78, Bayfield, Antigonish Co., passed away on July 15, 2004, at home, surrounded by her family. Born in Afton, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Sarah (Myers) Diggins. Nettie was very devoted to her family. She was a member of St. Peter's Parish C.W.L. She was predeceased by sister, Mary Gamble; brothers, Walter and Earl Diggins, and Carmen Ehler. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in C.L. Curry Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish. Funeral mass will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Peter's Church, Tracadie, Rev. John Barry officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery.
