Halifax Herald September 28, 2004 MacPHERSON, Mary Lil - 92, North Grant, Antigonish Co., passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 26, 2004, at her home. Born in Cloverville, she was a daughter of the late Christopher and Mary Charlotte (Sutton) Grant. She was a member St. Ninian's parish and CWL. Surviving are sons, Grant (Anne Marie), Robert (Helen) and John (Mary Jean); daughters, Anne (Joseph) MacDonald, Margie (Robert) Jackson, Florence, Marian and Donna (Bernie) Delorey, and daughter-in-law, Veronica MacNeil, all of North Grant; 10 grandsons, three granddaughters, one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson; brothers, George and Oliver Grant; sister, Rose MacEachern. She was predeceased by her husband, Duncan; son, Douglas; brothers, Angus, Robert, Donald, Angus J. and Jack Grant. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in MacIsaac Funeral Home, Antigonish. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Ninian Cathedral, Rev. Ray Huntley presiding.
