Halifax Herald September 14, 2004 MacGILLIVRAY, Margaret E. - 89, J.J. Carroll House, Antigonish, died Monday, September 13, 2004, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Johanna (Walsh) MacGillivray. Margaret was a homemaker for Religious and Priests for many years, serving in New Glasgow, Canso, East Bay and Antigonish. She was a member of St. Ninian's C.W.L. She was a summer resident of Cape George, Antigonish Co., at the old homestead which she loved so dearly. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are niece, Cornelia MacGillivray, Bel Air, Md., wife of John Joseph MacGillivray, deceased; cousin, John V. (Mary Jane) MacEachern, Cape George. She was predeceased by sisters, Sister St. John of Grenada, C.N.D, Sister Rita, C.S.M, Selina, R.N., Ita Rose Cameron; brother, John A. Visitation today 2-4, 7-9 p.m. in MacIsaac Funeral Home, 61 Pleasant St., Antigonish. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 10 a.m. in St. Ninian's Cathedral, Antigonish, Rev. Andrew Boyd and Rev.
