Sorry, my dear. My son's wife went into labour early, and I had to go to Calgary to help out. It was a VERY difficult labour. Baby is fine, and cute as a button. But Hallie, his Mom, lost about half the amount of blood in her body and needed a blood transfusion (and maybe more). I have to stay here a while until she gets over the hump. Please say a prayer for her. As soon as I'm back home I will be in touch with you. Right now it's up in the air. My return ticket is for Feb. 27, but I may have to stay longer. I did write to the National archives in Ottawa to get the information on the St. Peter's canal, and other things Sylvester has built. Nothing had arrived before I left. Also, I have asked my brother to check (when he has time - a bit of a stumbling back with him since he's VERY busy) at the St. f. X. library archives. There MUST be some information on Sylvester there. So talk to you again when I get back.
