    3. Chronicle Herald March 13, 2007 MacDONALD, Mary Isobel "Nana" - 93, of R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish, formerly of Pinevale, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2007, in the home. Born in St. Andrew's, Antigonish Co., she was the last surviving member of the immediate family of the late Sarah (Fraser) and Laughlin MacMillan. Isobel graduated from Truro Normal College and went on to teach school for several years at Beech Hill and Pinevale. She was a member of St. Andrew's CWL for the past 50 years. Surviving are daughters, Helen, Riverview; Anne "Nonie", Hartford, Conn.; Margaret (Barry) Grant, Halifax, and Mary (John) Pitts, Pinevale; sons, Duncan (Anne), Antigonish; Ronnie (Linda), Pinevale and Jim, Antigonish; grandchildren, Jack, Alexis, Laura, Garrett, Mark, Megan, Matthew, Dianna, Janice, and Hugh; great-grandchildren, Rebekah and Addison Pitts. She was predeceased by her husband, Angus; infant son, Joseph; sisters, Mary and Margaret and brothers, Roderick, James, Hughie and Alex. Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today in MacIsaac Funeral Home, Antigonish. Funeral mass 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Andrew's Church, St. Andrew's, Rev. Daniel MacDonald and Rev. Robert Day presiding. Burial in South River Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Riverview Home Corp, Stellerton. Special thanks to the staff of R.K. That way, I won't have to waste time backtracking / trying to find which paper they were in. I know I'm hitting you with a lot to read at once.............but I'm really trying my best to get caught up. (Dare I say, I see a flicker of light at the end of the tunnel????) ;-) Linda
