Emma shows up in the 1881 census on the Hessian Line, Annapolis Co. with Edward "Thomas" Wagner and Lucinda (Lucy) Sophia Knock. It is presumed that Emma is their child. Edward and Lucy were married Nov 3 1870 in New Canada. Thomas married a second time to Sarah Kezia on Jan 3 1884 so it is presumed Lucy died before 1884.
