I am looking for information on Frank J. GODDARD, born in Annapolis, N.S sometime between 1847-56. His father's name was also Frank Goddard. Frank married Odile LEPOINTE (sometimes spelled Odete or LAPOINTE), who was born in "Somersville", Canada in 1853-54. At some point in the 1800s, Odile and Frank emigrated to the United States, eventually settling in Torrington, Connecticut prior to 1920. Odile's father's name was John Lepointe. Frank and Odile were both Caucasian and were French speakers. I believe they married 1874/5, but I do not know where. Any information or advice would be appreciated.
