Hi Luella.....just happened to see your message, and had to laugh at the remark made about Victory. It certainly has not been abandoned....lots of people live there. I don't have the message you are replying to but vaguely remember writer mentioning a "specific" settlement area of Victory (or maybe just outside Victory) which might have been abandoned.
